I missed drawing RIO fanart This time is a rather sad pic featuring Eduardo (Jewel's father).

When the loggers came to the jungle and set fire to the trees, all the spix macaws flew away, but with the dense smoke, Jewel wasn't able to follow his father and she got lost. Meanwhile, Eduardo didn't notice Jewel was missing until it was too late. Desperately, he searched for his daughter between the flames and ashes, the falling trees and the smoke, while he got some of his feathers burnt, risking his life with the hope of finding his daughter.

Since it was too dangerous, Eduardo had to quit only to return later, hoping he would find her alive - or dead. But his little daughter, his little jewel was gone, and it was the humans' fault.
